Postcard From Prague

Thousands of Czechs jangled their keys (to make noise as anti-communist demonstrators did), sang the national anthem and observed a minute of silence in Wenceslas Square to mourn the death of Vaclav Havel. It was the same square where, in 1989, protesters chanted "Havel to the Presidential Tower."
