• Hong Kong's restaurant scene boasts the cheapest Michelin starred restaurant in the world, a canteen that serves dumplings.
• Airport traffic hit an all-time high in 2011.
• And speaking of records - hospitals are bracing for a record number of babies, as parents try to conceive and deliver during the year of the dragon, a time of good luck.
