• A crime spree has hit the city - six people have been shot over the last couple of days.
• Some say a mugging in Roland Park, Baltimore's ritziest neighborhood, has gotten too much attention. "This is ridiculous, with all the other things going on the city," said one of the victims, who was mugged outside of a French restaurant. "I love that restaurant and I don’t want it to be damaged. It’s just some little old community volunteer and some little old principal, and we got robbed, and we’re doing fine."
• A couple of area activists are holding a funeral "for the American dream."
