Postcard From Mumbai

• The Holi holiday (a festival celebrated, in part, by a giant, vibrant paint fight) was marred when hundreds of people, many of them children, suffered an allergic reaction to the chemical. Many were rushed to the hospital, but are now in stable condition.
• The city braces for a bus, taxi and auto strike.
• The city pledged to complete mega-projects like the monorail, metro rail, the International Airport at Sahar and other mega-projects by 2013.
