Video of the Day: Birds-Eye London
Our friends over at The Atlantic have another neat video up - this one of London as seen from above. As editor Kasia Cieplak-Mayr von Baldegg writes:
If Mary Poppins were set in the world of Blade Runner, this dizzying montage would be the intro sequence, and Jason Hawkes would be the cinematographer. The aerial photographer has been capturing stunning footage of London's glittering architecture, including the new Shard, from above during the run up to the 2012 Olympics.
Check out the film (along with some photos) here.
