Bad Idea of the Day: A Bench That Plays Any Music You Want

Behold Sound Bench, an idea with the potential to drive a city crazy.

The bench, designed by Redkod, in Russia, is wifi-enabled. It is also hooked up with giant speakers. The idea is that users will become temporary DJs, connecting their iPods and playing whatever they want to hear. The video also seems to hope that users will dance on top of Sound Bench, getting their muddy prints all over the seat. There is nothing I'd like less in my city, but the video is kind of fun to watch.
