Meme Extension of the Day: Xzibit on Parking Lots

Who ever said planning concerns can't be memed?

After renderings for a proposed casino in downtown Buffalo were unveiled recently, Alan Bedenko, a local blogger, voiced his disappointment via the popular Xzibit meme.

The proposed project is heavy on parking, much of it of the surface variety. Further aggravating locals, it's in an already parking-heavy section of downtown. As we've previously noted, Buffalo does not exactly lack parking. But the casino is on sovereign land, so planning input is limited.
