Endorsement of the Day: Jesus Christ Weighs in on the North Miami Mayor's Race

Jesus Christ doesn't need to cast a ballot to make his voice heard.

Anna Pierre, who is running for mayor in North Miami (pop. 60,000), has announced that she's won the coveted endorsement of the son of God. It says so right on the campaign literature:

Pierre, who was a Creole pop star in the '90s with her hit "Mete Suk Sou Bonbon," told Local 10 News that she had received three signs of said endorsement, but had chosen not to reveal details at this time.

Polls close on Tuesday evening.
